    The "Electric Fusion" CD box set was released by Warner France in a few European countries but the booklet is in French only. If the U.S. tour materializes it will be translated in English and available during the tour.

  • Potential summer 2012 tour-any fans with success stories?

    Question for fans here-have any of you been successful in reaching a concert booking entity, and getting them interested in booking JLP and his band? I'd like to hear some success stories-what did you do, how did you do it, etc. Note that I did not ask "when's the date"; while that would be interesting, it's probably too soon. I'm just interested in finding out what approach works.

They provide instructions in music and performance, and cater to young people by and large. My nephew has had a great time at School of Rock, performing different types of music. I'd love to know where this School of Rock is located-students playing JLP music is way cool.

    GENIAL, je viens d'apprendre que Jean Luc Ponty sera en concert à Paris (Théatre du Chatelet) le 11 Avril 2012, juste 2 jours avant mon anniversaire ! Fan depuis toujours, violonste moi-même (en amateur), je ne raterai ce concert sous aucun prétexte ! QUEL PLAISIR de voir JEAN LUC de nouveau parmi NOUS !

    Well, the local college would be interested, but their students all leave for the summer in May. Darn. Now it's time to find some meaningful contacts at some of the better venues in this area, and figure out an effective way to get them interested. Looking forward to the point when at least an outline of the tour becomes available.

    Hi Jean Luc: It has been a long time since I attended a concert of yours at the Warfield theatre in San Francisco, CA. I never in my whole life imagined I would see you in person, since I was born in a tiny country in Central America and as a little girl you seemed to be unreal and far far away to me. Your music has been a great inspiration in my life and still is! Many years later I am still looking forward to going to one of your concerts. I hope you will have one in the SF Bay area soon. You are seriously my favorite musician in the whole entire world! Reading your biography, it is no wonder you have been inspired by classical music (my favorite type of music).
