The theme for JLP's concert at Theatre du Chatelet in Paris on April 11, 2012 is "50 years of innovating jazz". Part of the concert will be JLP performing his compositions with a symphony orchestra, the other part will be with special guests whose names will be announced shortly. 2011 has been a great year for JLP. He has received the Jazz Legend Award from the Mayor at the end of his performance with his band at the Jazz Festival in Cork, Ireland. Altogether JLP has performed 88 concerts, 75 of which with "Return To Forever IV" (36 in the USA - 21 in Europe - 6 in Australia - 6 in Japan - 2 in South Korea - 1 in Israel). The November tour in South America with the "Atlantic Years Band" was also a big highlight. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!
